How to get Flux (f.lux) in Windows and Linux

For Linux:

Open a Terminal and type this commands:

              sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kilian/f.lux

     sudo apt-get update
     

     sudo apt-get install fluxgui

Once it is installed search in your programs menu for f.lux, something like this will show up when you open it:
